Initial pencil sketches and line drawings were followed by hand made

full scale plaster models. These models were evaluated, modified and

finished to a standard suitable for the production of silicon moulds.

The production patterns were then cast in aluminium filled epoxy resin.

These master patterns are used in the sand casting manufacturing process.
